Today is snow day number two of this year for North Carolina!

I went sledding this morning with my grandparents and kept wiping out on the snowboard. I got to do a jump on the sled, and I got almost two feet of air! Most of the snow on the higher levels of the street are melting so I will just stay in for the day and chill.

We are making soup for dinner, so that will be fun for a snow day dinner. Let me know what your favorite snow day foods are in the comments!
